Today at the KCBA Ladies Division One Finals held at Bromley Bowls Club we had Maggie representing the club in the 2 Wood Final and Chris, Maggie, Kim and Denise in the fours. In the morning in a close game the 4s were 19 all after 18 ends but then sadly went down in the final three ends. However, Maggie played an excellent final in the afternoon and despite the exceptionally hot conditions during both games she went on to beat her opponent from Bethlem Royal Bowls Club with several ends to spare. Maggie will now go onto the Kent Semi Finals next Sunday.

The ladies were excellently supported by a team of cheerleaders including Jeannette, Laurie, Colin, Paul, Kev and Cherie.

More pictures will be displayed shortly in the picture gallery of the Finals and yesterday's Open Pairs Competition.

PS - for an update on the Club's Open Pairs Competition played yesterday (30th June 2018) see the competitions page.
