Come along for a roll up
TASTER SESSIONS 2022
Well the 2021 season is over but we are already looking forward to 2022 and look forward to welcome people along to the green for taster days/open days. Whilst there will be specific dates advertised we will always seek to accommodate people who want to "have a go" on a day and at a time to suit.
Follow up sessions including coaching will also be available. Members who joined in 2021 quickly played in friendly matches and club competitions.
Bowls is a great game which can be played by virtually anyone so why not come and try in 2022. All you will need is a pair of flat soled shoes and a desire to have a go.
If you want to know more or would like to come along please contact us via this website, email biddendenbowlsclub@gmail.com or phone 0779582630 to speak to Kim, club coach.

Biddenden Bowls Club took part over the Spring Bank Holiday (Sunday 30th and Monday 31st) in the Bowls’ Big Weekend This was a national initiative from Bowls England which gave clubs the opportunity to promote our welcoming and socially-distanced sport and attract new members and people of all ages and backgrounds to the sport of bowls. The sun shone and and lots came along to have a go. Couples, individuals and families came along with children aged 1 upwards and everyone had the chance to have a bowl. 13 juniors aged from 7 to 14 showed what good bowlers they will be!!

Biddenden Bowls Club held 3 family fun taster afternoons at the green in 2020:
It was the chance to get on the green and have a bowl. Coaching was provided and rollups quickly turned into competitions!!
It was great to welcome back some of the youngsters who we met during the recent summer school and their parents.
Guidelines were in place to ensure that the activities were COVID safe.
