Work at the Green during social distancing
Volunteer club members who are ok to work at the green to maintain it and the surrounds have been doing an amazing job despite the challenge of having to "work alone". As well as this, other members unable to get to the green have been doing their part as well by keeping in touch, delivering news letters and being creative!!! Here are a few photos showing some of the things which have been done over past weeks.
The maintenance team have been busy during the winter months laying new pipes for the drains and doing some brickwork by the flower beds. The new toilet block is finally finished and looking great.
The back entrance has a lovely new gate, made and fitted by the very talented Ron.
Very well done to Norman, Jim and Mike on completion of the wall, great team work.
